I definitely wouldn’t call the Milano extremely skinny. They have slimmer arms and pants, and a very lightly padded shoulder, but they only have a 6” drop. All of mine have had at least 2” taken out of the waist. I would recommend going in to the store and trying one on to see if they work for you, since what works well for one person may not work for another. Hope this helps!
